This is a Natural Anaerobic Processed Zambia Coffee harvested and processed from the Kateshi Estate. They have been recognized for boldly challenging gender stereotypes in Zambia. They are the first and only coffee estate to employ women for traditionally male-dominated roles such as driving tractors, bulldozers, and road graders. 

Sweet, Fruit cocktail notes with a tangy, bright acidity. Mom recommends brewing this as cold brew or pour over.
