These growers are working tiny plots of land, often less than an acre, tucked in between rice, beans, citrus, and avocado trees. They're paid fair, transparent prices for their cherries, and this is one of the very first specialty lots to ever leave the country.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTasting notes:\u003c\/strong\u003e Apricot, caramel, lemongrass, raw sugar, agave\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt's a sweet, mellow cup. Easy to drink, easy to love, and honestly a great \"first pour\" if you're into trying coffee from places you've never seen on a bag before.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBrew it:\u003c\/strong\u003e We liked this one best on a V60 with a slightly lower dose and a medium grind.
