Three roasters. One bar.
Our cafe lives inside a roaster co-op we share with Blind Coffee Roasters and Capitol Press Coffee. All three of us roast right here, and the bar rotates. Thursday through Sunday, Mom's behind it pouring Roasted by Mom, usually roasted within the last few days. Monday through Wednesday, Blind Coffee Roasters takes over with their beans.
We're tucked into the Cornelius Pass Business Park, a quick drive from Orenco Station, Intel's Ronler Acres campus, Hillsboro Hops Stadium, and Downtown Hillsboro. Easy parking, rarely a line, and beans roasted about thirty feet from your cup.

Is this just Roasted by Mom?
Nope. Our cafe lives inside a roaster co-op we share with Blind Coffee Roasters and Capitol Press Coffee, and all three of us roast right here.
Roasted by Mom runs the bar Thursday through Sunday. Blind Coffee Roasters runs it Monday through Wednesday, pouring their own coffee.
Are you the best coffee shop in Hillsboro?
Mom says yes, and you don't argue with Mom. Come Thursday through Sunday, when Mom's behind the bar pouring her award-winning coffee, and decide for yourself.
Where exactly are you?
In the Cornelius Pass Business Park. Our unit is behind the row of buildings facing Cornelius Pass Road.
Do you have seating?
Yes, but it's limited. It's a cozy space.
Do you have food?
Not right now. We don't have the foot traffic for a food program yet, so it's all about the coffee.
What milks do you have?
Oat and whole milk.
What drinks do you make?
Most espresso drinks, hot or iced, in 12 and 16 oz, plus syrups we carry year-round and seasonal ones. See the current menu.
Do you roast your own coffee?
Yes. Every bag of Roasted by Mom is roasted in-house on our drum roaster, to order. That's the whole point of the name. Thursday through Sunday, it's the coffee in your cup too.
