A Hillsboro coffee shop that roasts its own beans
Most coffee shops in Hillsboro buy their beans from someone else. We roast ours about thirty feet from the espresso machine. Every drink we pull starts as green coffee that Mom roasted in-house, usually within the last few days.
We're tucked into the Cornelius Pass Business Park, a quick drive from Orenco Station, Intel's Ronler Acres campus, Hillsboro Hops Stadium, and Downtown Hillsboro. Easy parking, no line out the door, and coffee that's fresher than anything you'll find in a drive-thru.
What to order: espresso drinks hot or iced in 12 and 16 oz, with oat or whole milk and a rotating lineup of house and seasonal syrups. Grab a bag of beans on your way out. It was roasted here, not shipped here.

Where is your shop located?
It is within the Cornelius Pass Business Park. Our Unit is located behind the row facing Cornelius Pass Road.
Do you have Seating?
We have seating, but limited due to our space.
Do you have a Food Menu?
Due to our location, we do not have enough foot traffic at our location to offer a food program at this time.
What Milks and Alternative Milks do you offer?
We carry Oat & Whole Milk.
What Drinks do you have?
We offer a majority of Espresso Drinks Iced and Hot in 12 and 16 Ounces Sizes. We do offer a variety of syrups that we carry all year round and seasonal.

Do you roast your own coffee?
Yes. Everything we serve and sell is roasted in-house in Hillsboro on our drum roaster, to order. That's the whole point of the name.
