Each cherry undergoes meticulous processing: cleaned and floated within 48 hours of harvest, fermented for 72 hours in controlled conditions, then hand-dried on raised beds with rigorous defect removal at every stage. The result is a coffee with depth, character, and the unmistakable mark of careful craftsmanship.
