Ordering + shipping
Is the coffee fresh?
Yes. Every bag is roasted to order, and the roast date is printed on the back.
How fast does it ship?
Most orders are out the door within 2 to 5 business days. If a coffee is out of stock and can't be roasted in that window, Mom will let you know.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders with $50 or more of Mom's coffee ship free.
Can I get it ground?
Yes. Pick your grind on any coffee page. Whole bean stays fresh longest, but Mom won't judge.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout and grab your order at our Hillsboro cafe.
What if my order shows up damaged?
We can't take returns on coffee, but if anything arrives damaged, snap photos of the packaging and email them to info@roastedbymom.com. If it happened in shipping, we'll resend or replace it at no cost.

How does Cool Mom Club work?
Subscribe to any coffee in the lineup, Mom's Pick, or the Reserve. It ships monthly, and lineup subscriptions save 10% on every bag.
What's the difference between Mom's Pick and the Reserve?
Mom's Pick is an easy-drinking coffee Mom chooses for everyday brewing. The Reserve is a different rare microlot every month, with the story of where it came from.
Can I subscribe to one specific coffee?
Yes. Every coffee in the lineup has a subscribe option on its page.
Can I have both?
Absolutely. Plenty of people run Mom's Pick for weekdays and the Reserve for weekends.
How do I skip, pause, or cancel?
Log into your account and manage your subscription. Skip a month, pause, or cancel anytime. No phone calls. No guilt trip.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Change it from your account, or reply to any order email and Mom will sort it out.
The cafe
Is the cafe just Roasted by Mom?
Nope. The cafe lives inside a roaster co-op we share with Blind Coffee Roasters and Capitol Press Coffee. Roasted by Mom runs the bar Thursday through Sunday. Blind Coffee Roasters runs it Monday through Wednesday.
Where exactly are you?
In the Cornelius Pass Business Park. Our unit is behind the row of buildings facing Cornelius Pass Road.
Do you have seating?
Yes, but it's limited. It's a cozy space.
Do you have food?
Not right now. It's all about the coffee.
What milks do you have?
Oat and whole milk.
What drinks do you make?
Most espresso drinks, hot or iced, in 12 and 16 oz, plus year-round and seasonal syrups.
Wholesale
What's the minimum order?
We work with accounts starting at 10 lbs per week. Fill out the form and we'll find what works for your volume.
Do you do private label?
Yes. Wholesale accounts can get their own branded coffee. Ask about it in the form.
Can you train my baristas?
Yup. Barista training and coffee consulting are part of how we support wholesale partners.
Where do you deliver?
Local delivery across the Portland metro, and shipping anywhere in the US.
Do you cater events?
Yes. Rude Girl Coffee, our espresso cart, does the events.
