I had a double espresso shot of this in store today and I must say, absolute banger of a light roast. Great complexity, distinct fruity flavors and perfect light roast tartness. I will be returning to buy a bag or 3 to make espresso at home!
I found the yummy coffee from Bethany street market. I am always longing to find & try new coffee beans, so I get it. Very nice lady gave nice recommendations and explain then I choose this bean. Only 2-3 day old. The first try little bit burnt flavor and floral and acidity was sso sso. But, Very fresh roast bean after degassing & the flavor and great flavors getting high up to peak till end of last beans.
Ssso wonderful and grateful Ethiopia bean are so great and I am ready for another bag.😙
